Learning to skate is a truly rewarding experience

Your coach

Bec is passionate about introducing people to surfing and skating. She has surfed the Margaret River coastline for 20 plus years and has extensive experience working as a Surfing Australia Level 2 Surf Instructor and as a Certified Skate Australia Development Coach.

Longboard Skate for Surfing + Introduction to Longboard Dancing

Longboard Skate – to help improve your surfing – build balance, strength,
coordination, body awareness and confidence for skating and surfing
Longboard Dancing – an introduction to longboard dancing – learn the basics – here you can develop grace, timing, balance and dance skills on the longboard
 
Private Individual Lesson – 1 hour – $70
 
Private lesson x 2 people – 1 hour – $55 p/p
 
Private lesson x 3 people – 1 hour – $50 p/p
 
All equipment supplied including:
Longboard skateboard, certified helmet and knee/elbow pads

Margaret River skatepark lessons

Learn to longboard skate at the world class Margaret River Skatepark – learn to use the awesome pump track and flat ground that surrounds the skatepark
– Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays only (weather permitting)
 

Private Individual Lesson – 1 hour – $70

Private Individual double session package – $130

Private lesson x 2 people – 1 hour – $50 p/p

Private lesson x 3 people – 1 hour – $40 p/p

Surf lesson / skate lesson combination package - Margaret River

Experience the beautiful Margaret River coastline with a learn to surf, learn to skate package
 
Feel first hand the exhilaration of surfing and surf skill development in a package that both includes learning to surf and learning to skate.
 
The skate lesson will help you activate the balance muscles and body awareness required to improve your surf skills.
The learn to longboard skate component perfectly compliments and develops  the skills needed for surfing and helps with your success rate when learning to surf.
 
The surf/longboard skate experience consists of  two sessions over two consecutive days. This includes a one hour skate lesson and a two hour surfing lesson.
 
Your surfing lesson will be run under the highly regarded and long running Margaret River Surf School.

We will head to the most suitable local location for our surf lesson and have a full two hour lesson which will include around 1.5 hours in the water after some beach based learning. Wetsuits and boards supplied or you can bring your own.

Longboard Skateboarding - Busselton Foreshore

 
Longboard  – Learn the Basics to be able to enjoy skating independently 
on the beautiful Busselton Foreshore
 
 Weekday morning sessions available with a minimum booking of 3 participants
 
Enjoy having the your best Busselton experience while you learn the basics of freestyle and dance longboarding
All equipment is supplied to learn to longboard skate in this beautiful seaside location
Hour long sessions with a maximum of 4 people in each session

  • Margaret River Skatepark Lessons (Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays)  7:30am – 7:30pm
  • Margaret River – indoor venue – Monday – Friday – 1 hour sessions      7:30am – 3pm
  • Saturday and Sundays in Margaret River are available upon request
  • Busselton Foreshore (bookings essential) – Monday to Friday 7am – 10am
